Dubbing is a pain, but most music videos show at least a few sections where the band is actually"singing" to the tune. Watch several of your music videos and try to see how often the movie is spliced up. Frames are lost during transport; so do not be surprised if suddenly the ring is after thirty minutes of being right on.
You may be tempted to cut costs and use this unethical, little digital camera that you picked up at a yard sale, but you are going to need to hire a professional team, unless you want to look like a little town thrift shop.
